How to Love Your Fat Body: The Missing Ingredient

Hi, it's Victoria here from Fierce Fatty. And in this video we're talking about the missing ingredient that is stopping you from loving your fat body.

So think about your favorite fat person, that fat person you look up to, you aspire to be like that one that is super confident, that has that don't give a fuck attitude. They are doing something. And in fact all of the fatties that have that same don't give a fuck.

What is the ONE thing that confident, fierce, fat babes have in common? What is that missing ingredient you need to love your fat body? Do you already work on this? Let's explore what that critically important missing ingredient is in this video!

They're confident they're doing it, they're really successful. They're just killing it in all the ways that you want to kill it. They have one thing in common and that one thing is that they work on their mindset. Okay, so the mindset that the way they think, the way they manage their thoughts and their beliefs, so they work on their negative thoughts and they do it consistently.

They didn't listen to the negative thoughts that their inner critic hat in a brain saying, you're not good enough. You can't do it. No one wants to see you play small. If they did, you would know who they are. They spend time, money, and effort on their mindset, changing it and being as positive in the right ways as possible. They cut out the haters in their lives and they surround themselves with people who were supportive and on the same wave length as they are.

They're not going to have people around them who are like, oh my God, you're so ugly. Oh my God, fat people are horrible. Right? Because they'd be like see you later loser. I've got time for that shit. So the big thing about this is you might think, well, of course I want a positive mindset. Of course I want to be like that, but I have all these beliefs and these sorts and I just know that I'm not okay. I know that my body is not good looking. I know all this stuff. And so I want to tell you something. These beliefs that you hold about yourself, the negative beliefs you hold about yourself, are they true? Are they true?

You might be thinking. Well, yeah, but are they? Because a truth is something that is 100% true 100% of the time. So if you think your fat bodies and attractive, it's not 100% true, 100% of the time. If we polled the world and we said, is this person's fat body and attractive, would've 100% of the population say, yeah, it's fucking disgusting. No! An example of this is the sky is blue. Well, that's the truth, isn't it? No, it's not the truth. Because if it's midnight and you look up, the sky is not blue. It's not 100% true. 100% of the time. So if you think that you can't do it, if you think that you're unattractive, if you think that you're unworthy, you're a loser and blah, blah, blah, all this stuff, it's a thought and it's not necessarily true, which is awesome because you can change that thought.

You can work on your mindset, you can take that negative self belief and turn it into a positive self belief, which is what all of those people who you look up to, you think they're amazing, they're incredible, they do all this, they do that, they work on this stuff all the time and it's not just just uh, amazing that's it done because we live in society and people are telling us we're not amazing and blah, blah blah. And so you have to commit to working on your mindset. And that is a missing ingredient that is stopping you from loving your fat body.
