Fierce Fatty 1-1 Coaching will help fat people who…

💔 feel ugly, unloveable, and OUT OF CONTROL…..

🧠 break society’s rules and unTANGLE WEIGHT BIAS FROM YOUR brain….

🎉 so that YOU can love YOUR fat body!

Do any of these statements resonate with you?

  • In the summertime, I wear a sweater to cover my arms even though I am boiling hot

  • My family seems to delight in telling me how my body is too fat, unhealthy, and disappointing. Their voices form the internal dialogue that runs through my head every time I look in a mirror or reach for the chocolate.

  • When I am out in public I constantly pull down my top so that it hides my bum and belly

  • My internal dialogue says “Why did I let myself go? I need to lose weight! I’m not attractive like this. I used to look so much better when I was thinner

  • Intellectually I know it's ok to be fat, but when I look at my own naked body in the mirror all I feel is disgust.

  • It seems impossible to accept my body when the negative messages I hear from society are relentless and everywhere! Everyone else thinks being fat is unattractive, how can I deal with that…especially when I sometimes agree with them.

If you identify with those words then I want you to think about:

  • Wearing bright clothes that are form-fitting and effortlessly saying “fuck you" to beauty ideals

  • Grabbing a bikini ready for the pool and not caring what anyone will think cause you KNOW you look rockin’

  • Kicking that negative internal dialogue to the curb so you're able to do all the cool shit you've always wanted to!

  1. Living your life! Applying for that job, start dating, go on hikes, play with your kids...all the while not having to think about your body

If you want to get to that place then let me introduce you to Private Coaching With Fierce Fatty: A 1-1 private coaching experience spanning 4 months!

allgo-an-app-for-plus-size-people-MFpO081zzcY-unsplash.jpg

We will meet every 2 weeks for 50 minutes for 8 sessions and together we will go through The Fierce Framework. The Fierce Framework is the exact steps that will take you from feeling like your body is a crime scene to feeling like you’re ready to strut down the street to the sound of “I’m Too Sexy” by Right Said Fred.

Private Coaching With Fierce Fatty will help you:

  • Be COMFORTABLE with your body. So you never feel the need to adjust your clothes or hide yourself behind your handbag

  • Look at your own body like you do other fat bodies, with APPRECIATION and COMPASSION so that you can throw on that cool outfit in the morning and not think twice about what is the most “slimming” thing you can wear

  • Feel like you want to FLAUNT your body because you KNOW you’re sexy; being able to connect with lovers and partners minus the awkward body shame

  • Fall madly in love with yourself so that you can DO AWESOME SHIT with your life that you’re currently putting off “until you’ve lost some weight”. Things like getting a new job or promotion, finding a romantic partner, and trying new activities.

How does coaching work?

During our bi-weekly calls over Zoom we will be following my 6-step Fierce Framework with you:

FIERCE FRAMEWORK.png

1.png

F: FEELINGS FOUNDATION

Diet Culture not only affects the way we eat, but also fucks with our body satisfaction in a BIG way. Learn how diet culture has messed with your life and root out those nasty messages you believe about yourself (because baby, they ain’t true!). Understand why you feel the way you do and learn how to change those feelings.

2.png

I: INTERNAL REVOLUTION

How many years have you felt dissatisfied with your body? For a lot of people it’s their whole life. We don’t want to spend the rest of our lives unlearning all of the negative messages we have internalized before we feel comfortable in our skin and with module 2 you won’t have to. Use proven, systematic and effective ways to change your neural pathways so you begin to feel better quickly.

3.png

E: ENLIGHTENED EATING

It’s so hard to have a “normal” relationship with food when we live in a society that tells us there are good and bad food choices and living in a smaller body means you’re automatically healthy. Ditch those negative beliefs to the curb and understand what is happening in your brain when you binge or “overeat”. Enlightened Eating is like Intuitive Eating, but it’s specifically for people living in fat bodies who have another layer of trauma to heal.

4.png

R: RAISED MINDSET

Phew, we are bombarded with hundreds of thousands of messages about who we should be day in and day out. No wonder we start to believe the lies we are fed! In this module, you will learn how to wrangle your inner critic so that those damaging messages don’t shake your confidence like they have been doing for years.

5.png

C: COURAGEOUS COMMITMENT

Learning about how to be confident is fine and dandy, but what about actually taking the actions you want to take? Test out your new confidence muscles in this module and do something you previously never thought was possible. Seriously, you CAN do it with the work we are going to do in coaching!

6.png

E: EXCEL WITH EASE

Plan on moving forward with your life now you feel fan-fucking-tastic? Thought so! In this module you will learn how to continue to harness the tools you’ve learned so that you can overcome any of life’s challenges that may give you confidence wobbles. The FIERCE Framework grows with you as you level up in your life.

The Fierce Framework is a proven methodology that will seek out all the unhelpful fatphobic and self-limiting beliefs, zap them into outer space and replace them with new beliefs that support your journey to becoming someone who loves their body unconditionally.

The investment for Private Coaching With Fierce Fatty is 4 monthly payments of $625 or a one-time payment of $2497

BUT, I have questions, I’m not sure!

Frequently Asked Questions and Fears

I don’t have the time

I get it, life is busy. But let me ask you, how much time do you ALREADY spend on this? How much time do you spend searching for solutions in books, podcasts, videos? How much time do you spend thinking that your body isn’t good enough? And what impact does that time have on your life? What would you be doing instead if you weren’t wasting time worrying about if your belly is visible in that top? Seriously, searching for solutions in the wrong places and ruminating on how your body isn’t ok is taking up SO MUCH of your time currently. So, let’s invest in spending some time together now so we can cut that fire hose of wasted time, energy and money in your life and you can spend your precious time doing COOL shit.

I don’t have the money

I know learning this stuff is life-changing and so I don’t want a lack of funds to stop you. No matter if you pay in full or on the installment plan you get treated equally.

But listen to me here: if investing in 1-1 coaching with me will mean you can’t pay your rent then this isn’t the right fit for you. Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs tells us we need to make sure the basics in life are covered before we start the self-actualization process. But if that’s not you and you know you have spare money kicking around then let’s continue...

I get it, $2497 is a lot of money, but what will it cost you to not invest in this... years more of therapy sessions, more books that aren't teaching you the lessons you actually need, wasted time searching for answers in free content. Two things I want to say about this;

1) Is loving your body, feeling unstoppably confident and having a wonderful relationship with food worth $2497 to you? Probably not…it’s probably worth SO MUCH MORE, right? Thousands, maybe hundreds of thousands of dollars in increased life satisfaction and opportunities.

2) If you answered “Nah, my life won’t improve by $2497 if I loved my fat body/felt confident/had a good relationship with food” even if you don’t think your life will improve by 5K’s worth…then don’t apply. Please. If you think this is not valuable to you, you will not get value from it. Simple.

“The transformation is in the transaction". The act of investing in yourself, paying money to make your life better will mean you’ll experience a bigger transformation! Do you think you’ll actually do the work if you’ve paid $2497 to learn to love yourself? Hell yeah you will!

If you doubt that you’re valuable enough to invest in yourself, let me just tell you something I wish I was told many years ago before all the year of stress and struggle. You ARE worth it. You are SO, SO worth it. Your life has so much value, and it’s time you start seeing that beauty & worth, let me show you how!! It is your time to shine.

I can do this later

Maybe not, well at least not with me. Spaces are limited and I will not be able to offer 1-1 coaching indefinitely. Also, you might not be able to do this later at the current price. I want you to consider too what impact putting this work off has on your life? This work is SO goddamn important and affects every aspect of your life! There is no time to waste, let’s get this issue sorted so that you can get on with the rest of your life!

I’m a special case. This won’t work for me!

Of course, you’re special! But, lemme tell ya... I have lost count of the number of times when someone said “this won’t work for me because”:

  1. I am REALLY unattractive (my belly hangs, my boobs sag, I’m old)

  2. I am SUPER fat (I’m XXX lbs and that’s too big!)

  3. I have hated myself for YEARS (therefore it’s not possible to deprogram decades of negative beliefs)

  4. I just don’t think it’s POSSIBLE because it’s so far from my current reality

Everyone thinks they are unique in how fucked up they feel about their body and beliefs. You’re not alone in those thoughts and those thoughts are the EXACT thing we will be working on changing. You having those thoughts are a clue that you need to do this work. If you were like “Omg, I’m great and really attractive and any problem I can overcome in a nano-second!”....well, you don’t need me!

I don’t know this is right for me

That’s great! That’s why I have created an application process. You complete your information and I will assess if I think you’re a good fit for this work. If not, then I will tell you! If I am unsure or if I think that yes, you could be a good fit we will jump on a Zoom call and have a chat. There I can ask questions and work out if we are a good fit and if this work is right for you. If I think it’s not then again, I will tell you! And of course, if you don’t think it’s right then you don’t have to proceed or commit. It’s all a fact-finding process, and neither of us will move forward if it doesn’t feel perfect.

Why is it a 4-month commitment?

Doing just one session or sporadic sessions here and there is WAY LESS effective than a planned out, agreed-upon coaching plan. In 4 months you have time to learn, grow and process. You have set dates that you’ll be meeting with me which means you’ll be held accountable for your progress. I mean business with this work and my goal is to facilitate your transformation and unfortunately, we can’t do that in 50 minutes, we need time and structure. With coaching being 4 months long we are both making a commitment to each other and your healing. If you don’t know if you can commit to bi-weekly 50-minute sessions over 4 months then please don’t apply for coaching as it’ll be a waste of both our time and your money.

I have an eating disorder

A lot of service providers refuse to work with folks who have an active eating disorder. Not me, however. My belief is that you are an adult and you know what you are capable of. As long as you’re aware that I am not a therapist or nutritionist and cannot help you directly with your eating disorder then it’s fine for us to work together. Unlearning fatphobia and body hate can absolutely support your eating disorder recovery. If you are unsure, you can always ask me or if you have a mental health team around you, ask them :)

I DON’T IDENTIFY AS “FAT” YET. I AM STILL WORKING ON IT… IS THat ok?

A: Yes. I developed The Fierce Framework with a younger me in mind, and everything I needed BEFORE I got to a place of loving my fatness. I have lived experience and have overcome the shame and deep desire to be thin myself versus it being just theoretical. The word “fat” to me was the most powerful and painful word in the dictionary. I would do anything to not be associated with it, and feared deeply anyone ever calling me it. That is why I think it is SO important to reclaim it as a neutral descriptor for your body. You may not dig the word fat yet, but maybe after learning everything you will in this course you will come to.

I’M NOT ACTUALLY FAT, I’M “STRAIGHT SIZED” OR “CHUBBY”

A: Fatphobia affects all bodies, big or small. The work I do is directed to those who live in larger bodies, however, it is 100% applicable to folks with smaller bodies or other marginalized identities. Come on in, you’re welcome! A big part of the work we will do together is unlearning fatphobia (even if you’re not fat) so bear that in mind.

Who the heck are you?

_T7A2112_OWord_LR.jpg

Oh hey! I haven’t introduced myself yet. In case you don’t know me, I am Victoria Founder of Fierce Fatty. I am an anti-diet, pro-fatty body acceptance coach, TEDx speaker, best-selling author, podcast host and creator of Fierce Fatty Academy.

I have been doing this work for 7 years now, which is frightening how quickly time moves.

I trained to be a coach with Essential Impact, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) approved program.

But my coaching experience started way before being trained in it. It has always been my personality type to want to help others and share what I know. When I see people struggling to find a solution to their issue and I know that solution you better believe I am gonna share my expertise.

I think it’s because I needed that when I was young. Being fat as a child is hard, add to that poverty, food insecurity, an alcoholic dad, homelessness and abuse...well things were pretty hopeless feeling for me for a long time. It was other people who believed in me and that spark I had inside of me that helped me see that things could be different for me.

I want to be able to do that for you, hold a mirror up and show you what I see. Show you what really is possible for you...even if you’re not thin, or look “perfect” or have saggy boobs, or if your belly hangs.

You don’t need to feel less than for who you are. Let’s work on it together and overcome those feelings that are not helpful and sometimes plain frustrating.

WHY YOU CAN NO LONGER AFFORD TO WAIT!

  • How long have you spent hating yourself?

  • How many times have you caught your reflection in the mirror and felt disappointed?

  • How many times have you seen a confident fat person and thought “I wish I felt like them” or “I wish I was as good looking as them”?

  • How many times have you looked at smaller bodies with envy?

  • How many things have you not done, how many outfits have you not worn, how many times have you said “no” when you wanted to say a big fat “yes!”?

Ok, so how do we do this?

First, you fill out this application form. It asks you some questions about how you’re feeling about yourself and what you want to get from coaching. It’ll take 5-10 mins to complete.

Then within 2 working days, I will review it and make a decision on whether I think you could be a good fit for coaching. I will then email you telling you:

  1. That I don’t think you’ll be a good fit OR

  2. I think you could be a good fit and to schedule a 20 min call to confirm that

You will then pick a time for our 20-minute Zoom chat. There I will ask you some follow-up questions and you will have time to ask me any questions you have. At the end of our call, I will make a decision on whether I think I could help you or not. If you would like to proceed we will book in our 1st session and process your payment. If I don’t think we are a good fit I will refer you to another resource or service provider.
